1.Service Provided
VALENTUS PARTNERS LLC provides custom B2B technical infrastructure, AI voice integrations, and software automation for real estate professionals.
2.Non-Refundable Setup Fee
Due to the manual technical labor, server allocation, custom API/Webhook engineering, and immediate resource deployment required to build custom AI architectures, the initial Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This complies with standard B2B software infrastructure practices.
3.Recurring Billing
By purchasing this service, the client authorizes VALENTUS PARTNERS LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file for the monthly maintenance and infrastructure retainer.
4.Cancellation & Minimum Commitment
Standard Month-to-Month Plans
The client may cancel the monthly recurring service at any time by providing a 7-day written notice to support@valentusvoiceai.com prior to the next billing cycle. The initial setup fee remains non-refundable.
Reduced Setup & Financed Plans (Accelerated / Amortized Plans)
In exchange for a subsidized or reduced initial setup fee, plans marked with an amortization period or installment structure require a strict 6-month minimum service commitment. The recurring monthly fee cannot be canceled, refunded, or paused until the completion of the 6-month term. Early termination requires settlement of the remaining balance of the standard setup fee.
5.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
